供应链管理模式下的采购管理作为一种适合新形势企业需求的管理,在企业中得到广泛运用。采购管理是供应链管理中非常重要的一个环节,因而也随着企业运营模式的变化而变化。文章在分析采购管理与供应链管理关系的基础上,指出供应链管理环境下采购管理面临的要求与挑战;提出了供应链管理环境下具有代表性的采购战略,并对实施采购战略的要点加以说明。

The procurement management using supply chain management is an adaptive way to the new situation of business management;it is widely used in the enterprise.Purchasing management is a very important aspect of the supply chain management,and its form is different according to the patterns of enterprise.This paper analyzes the relationship between purchasing management and supply chain management,pointing out the demands and challenges of procurement management under the environment of supply chain management,giving a way named double-win procurement as the strategy of the procurement management,and the way to use it is also implemented.
